Job Description:
HR GO Recruitment is seeking a technically minded Technical Operator for a hands-on role in a food production facility. Night shifts are 4 on / 4 off, 7pm – 7am, with duties including line set-up, fault finding, changeovers, and PPM support to maintain safe, on-plan production.
You will work on first-line mechanical repairs, quality checks, and training operators while adhering to HACCP/GMP standards and improving downtime metrics.
