Service Reception Specialist: Customer Care & Scheduling

Volvo Trucks Cambridge is seeking a proactive Customer Service Representative to manage the reception, greet customers and coordinate service appointments. You will act as the main contact for customers and support the workshop with progress updates and invoice preparation at vehicle handover.
