Licensing & Customer Service Officer – Inbound Calls

Rent Smart Wales, a service within Cardiff Council, is seeking a Customer Service Officer for our inbound call centre. You will assist service users by telephone and email, delivering a high standard of customer service and resolving many enquiries at the first point of contact.

The role is office based at County Hall, Cardiff, with full-time permanent hours. Applicants in English or Welsh are welcomed, and the post offers a supportive team environment within a busy public sector contact centre.
