Catering Stores Assistant – Early Shift (NHS Kitchen)

NHS Ayrshire and Arran is seeking a stores person for our main kitchen at University Hospital Crosshouse. Hours 0630-1300/30 Monday to Friday; permanent.

You will be responsible for stock ordering, ingredient control, receipting goods, stock rotation, and general catering duties, while upholding high hygiene standards and HACCP compliance. Experience with stock control and knowledge of Environmental Health procedures preferred. Training and mandatory induction provided.
