Events Coordinator — Tennis Club & Open Tournament

Ilkley Lawn Tennis & Squash Club in Ilkley is seeking an Events Assistant to support the BD & Events Manager in delivering a busy programme of club events and the Lexus Ilkley Open.

You will handle hospitality reservations, guest communications, CRM administration and sponsorship activity, ensuring smooth event delivery and high standards.

The role requires excellent organisational skills, a proactive approach and flexibility to work evenings and weekends around events.
