Temporary 1:1 TA – Primary: Medical & Learning Support

Wellspring Academy Trust is seeking a full-time 1:1 Teaching Assistant on a temporary contract until 31 July 2027, starting on 2 November 2026 or sooner. The role provides dedicated support for a Year 1 pupil with type 1 diabetes and significant communication needs, working with staff, medical professionals and parents to promote learning and wellbeing.

You will support learning under the direction of the class teacher, maintain medical records, and assist with equipment and daily care.
