Lifeguard & Leisure Assistant — Safe, Social & Perks

Village Hotels – Portsmouth is looking for a Leisure Assistant who also acts as a Lifeguard. You will split your shift between poolside lifeguarding and performing leisure duties around the club to keep facilities pristine and members engaged.

The role includes rotating every 30 minutes between safety duties and general tasks, with a focus on friendly service, vigilance, and upholding standards across the venue.
