Airport Kitchen Team Leader — Lead Service & Growth

Whitbread is hiring a Kitchen Team Leader at Premier Inn Edinburgh Airport (Newbridge). You’ll run the kitchen day to day, manage rotas, place food orders and lead the team through busy services, while keeping quality and hygiene standards audit-ready.

Working closely with the Hotel Manager, you’ll take full ownership of the kitchen from food quality to cost control and health and safety. It’s a hands-on leadership role with a clear path to more senior kitchen leadership in Whitbread’s UK
