SEMH & SEND Teaching Assistant — 1:1 Support

Teaching Personnel is seeking an Alternative Provision Teaching Assistant to work full-time in a specialist provision in Skelmersdale, starting October 2026 (subject to vetting). The role supports pupils with barriers to learning, including SEMH needs, autism, ADHD, and other additional needs, helping them engage with education and develop positive relationships.

You will work 1:1 and in small groups, support teachers with engaging activities, promote positive behaviour, and build trusting
