Pastry Chef de Partie – Creative Desserts & Mentoring

Ottolenghi Islington is seeking a Pastry Chef de Partie to take ownership of the pastry section during service, producing pastries, desserts, and baked goods to Ottolenghi standards and supporting junior team members.

You’ll manage stock, contribute to menu development, ensure food safety and allergen compliance, and maintain a clean, well‑organized pastry environment in a fast‑paced, creative kitchen.
