PROMAN is looking for experienced Class 1 HGV Drivers for ongoing work with a well-established distribution operation based in Heywood. This role offers a mix of AM, PM, and weekend shifts, with the potential to become permanent for the right driver.
Pay Rates for Class 1 Drivers
Monday – Friday
Days: £15.50 per hour (£17.38 with holiday pay)
Nights: £16.50 per hour (£18.50 with holiday pay)
Saturday
£17.50 per hour (£19.62 with holiday pay)
Sunday
£18.50 per hour (£20.73 with holiday pay)
The Role
Trunking within the UK
Working with chilled and ambient goods
Using both box trailers and curtain-siders
Clean, modern fleet
Ongoing work all year round
Requirements
Valid Class 1 (Category C+E) licence
CPC & Digital Tachograph Card
Minimum 12 months Class 1 driving experience preferred
Ability to work to timed delivery schedules and maintain high standards of driving
