Burton and South Derbyshire College is seeking an Apprenticeship Support Officer to deliver end-to-end tutorial, mentoring and pastoral support for apprentices from enrolment to completion. The role covers both the Town Centre Campus in Burton on Trent and the Stephen Burke Construction Academy in Swadlincote, with some workplace visits.
You will need excellent communication and administrative skills, plus an empathetic approach to help individuals reach their goals.
