FLT Drivers – Reach & Counterbalance

Salary: £34,000 plus overtime

Hours: Monday to Friday – Shifts

Job Type: Permanent

ZETEC are recruiting experienced FLT Drivers to join a well-established manufacturing business.

Working within a busy manufacturing and warehouse environment, you will be responsible for the safe movement of raw materials, finished products and stock across the site.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating both Reach and Counterbalance Forklift Trucks
• Loading and unloading vehicles safely and efficiently
• Moving raw materials and finished goods around the manufacturing facility
• Supplying production areas with materials as required
• Placing and retrieving stock from racking
• Completing stock movements accurately
• Carrying out basic FLT safety and pre-use checks
• Supporting general warehouse and manufacturing activities when required
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Following all site Health & Safety procedures

About You

To be considered for these positions, you will need:

• Current Reach FLT licence
• Current Counterbalance FLT licence
• Previous FLT experience within a warehouse, manufacturing or production environment
• Experience working within a fast-paced operation
• Good awareness of Health & Safety
• Reliable and comfortable working as part of a team
• Flexibility to work shifts, including nights
