Primary Teaching Assistant: Shape Young Minds in Watford

Educo Recruitment is seeking a Primary Teaching Assistant in Watford to support pupils’ learning, development and wellbeing across primary settings. No prior TA experience required; candidates with experience in schools, nurseries, childcare, tutoring, youth work or other child-focused settings are welcome.

You’ll work with teachers and support staff, provide 1:1 and small-group support, help pupils access lessons, and promote positive behaviour and independence.
