Tea Mixologist & In-Store Customer Experience Lead

Bird & Blend Tea Co. in Norwich is seeking a friendly Tea Mixologist to create a fun, interactive customer experience in our store.

You will mix tea-based drinks, share knowledge about our blends, and help customers discover new favorites. In this part-time, permanent role (8 hours per week), you’ll handle till transactions, stock processes, and events support while upholding our sustainability ethos and B Corp credentials.
