CLARK’S in Gateshead is seeking a Sales Team Member to provide an outstanding in-store experience while delivering set targets and KPIs. You will effectively sell shoes and accessories using the appropriate Clarks selling models and support daily maintenance of high retail standards both front and back of house.

You’ll perform duties with a strong emphasis on brand experience, work in a 7-day shift pattern including weekends, and follow cash and stock procedures to ensure security and accuracy.
