Waking Nights Residential Childcare Worker

Agincare Weymouth is opening a brand-new not-for-profit Children’s Residential Home in Wimborne, Dorset. We are seeking compassionate people to join the founding team as Waking Nights Support Workers.

You will provide overnight care, build trusting relationships with children, support routines, promote independence, and work closely with colleagues to maintain a safe, nurturing environment. Full training is provided, with DBS checks and progression opportunities.
