gap personnel acting as an employment business are currently recruiting for a Food Packaging Operative for our client, based in Keynsham, BS31. As a Food Packaging Operative you will join a team where you will become a key and valued member providing support.

Duties:

• Execute daily production tasks by following written and verbal instructions
• Measure ingredients precisely to ensure correct batch preparation
• Work within a controlled cleanroom environment while wearing full PPE (gown and gloves provided)
• Uphold strict food safety and hygiene standards throughout all activities
• Operate manual and semi-automated machinery safely and efficiently
• Follow process sheets and procedures to meet daily production targets
• Contribute to continuous improvement and collaborate effectively across production lines

The candidate:

• Exceptional attention to detail and strong accuracy in task execution
• Comfortable working with nut and dairy products
• Physically capable and able to maintain focus in repetitive tasks
• Basic computer literacy and numeracy
• Fluent English communication (reading, writing, and speaking)
• Positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
