Global Chief Information Security Officer – Cyber Strategy & Risk

Dr. Martens is seeking a Chief Information Security Officer to lead our global cyber program and elevate security across the organisation. You will shape strategy, governance and risk management, reporting to the CTO and partnering with Legal, Compliance and Risk teams.

You will build a security-enabled culture, drive incident response, and ensure compliance with ISO 27001, GDPR and other frameworks while enabling growth and innovation across our digital platforms.
