Turner Property Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a well-established multidisciplinary consultancy in the appointment of a Project Manager to join its expanding team. Applications are welcomed from experienced Project Managers through to Associate Director level. The successful candidate will take ownership of a varied portfolio of schemes, with a particular focus on healthcare projects and the opportunity to contribute to commercial commissions. Previous healthcare experience is highly desirable; however, candidates with a strong fit-out background will also be considered. Exposure to NHS clients and NEC contracts would be advantageous, though neither is essential. The role offers flexibility to be based from the Manchester, Preston or Warrington office, with the chance to lead projects independently while working alongside a collaborative and growing team. In addition, the business is involved in a significant defence project in Portsmouth, which may present the opportunity to establish a presence in the area as the commission develops.
