Mobile Vehicle Technician – Planned Repairs & Overtime Pay

RAC is expanding its SMR division with a Mobile Vehicle Technician role covering Maidstone and surrounding areas. You’ll work from a fully equipped RAC van, performing scheduled servicing, diagnostics, and in-depth repairs for members, with time blocks and pre-booked appointments.

The role offers a 40-hour week, core hours typical of 8:30–17:00, with 1 in 4 Saturdays, and a pathway to overtime and bonus earnings. Emphasis on independent, planned work in a national organisation.
