Global-to-Local Membership Strategy Lead

Soho House is seeking a Membership Strategy Manager to drive the global membership plan across a set of key Houses, translating central frameworks into locally relevant actions that protect and grow revenue.

Reporting to the Global Membership Strategy Manager, you will lead delivery with House Membership teams, regional directors and the Soho Support Member Success function, ensuring alignment with openings, retention, intakes and data insights.
