Operations & Performance Lead – Road User Charging

Transport for London is seeking an Operations & Performance Officer to support Road User Charging (RUC) operations, including Congestion Charging, air quality initiatives and enforcement. You’ll work with internal teams and partners to ensure services are delivered efficiently and in line with customer service objectives.

You will monitor performance, use data to identify improvements, and help ensure income protection and cost control.
