Omexom UK is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to provide commercial and contractual support across OHL projects in Scotland, with travel to site as required. You will manage costs, prepare interim valuations, and administer NEC contracts to protect commercial interests and support project delivery.
The role requires NEC3/NEC4 knowledge, strong cost forecasting, and excellent negotiation and communication skills. A full UK driving licence is essential, with travel across sites as needed.
