Branch Customer Advocate — Banking & Service Excellence

Nationwide in Monmouth is hiring a Customer Representative to deliver great customer experiences in-branch, over the phone, and online. You’ll help with everyday transactions, answer queries, and guide customers to the right banking products and digital tools.

This is a permanent, full-time role (35 hours per week, Monday to Saturday) at a busy branch where Wednesday and Friday are closed to the public; you’ll support customers on calls when those days occur.
