Responsibilities
- DeliveringabroadrangeofprofessionalBuildingSurveyingservices.
- Managingrefurbishment,alterationandindustrialassetimprovementprojects.
- Contractadministrationandprojectmanagementduties.
- Undertakingtechnicalduediligence,conditionsurveys,dilapidationsanddefectdiagnosis.
- Preparingspecifications,schedulesofworkandtenderdocumentation.
- Managingclientrelationshipsandprovidingtrustedtechnicaladvice.
- Mentoringjuniorsurveyorswhereappropriate.
- Supportingbusinessdevelopmentactivitiesandhelpinggrowclientrelationships,particularlyatAssociatelevel.
