Senior Care Worker

Staffline Recruitment Ireland is recruiting on behalf of a client for Senior Care Worker positions within residential services supporting older people, including those living with dementia.

Permanent positions available: 32 and 37 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
• Support older people, including those living with dementia.
• Supervise and support Care Workers.
• Administer medication and maintain accurate records.
• Assist with care planning, risk assessments, and safeguarding.
• Promote independence, dignity, and wellbeing.

Essential Criteria

• NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a health and social care setting.
• Experience supporting older people and/or individuals living with dementia.
• Medication administration experience.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Flexibility to work a rota including evenings, weekends, and sleepovers.
