Our client is a well-established and reputable law firm with a strong commitment to exceptional client service. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced and client-focused Private Client Solicitor to join their successful team.

The successful candidate will manage a varied non-contentious Private Client caseload, advising clients on Wills, Probate, Estate Administration, LPAs, Trusts and related matters. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident solicitor to take ownership of their caseload while working within a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a varied Private Client caseload independently
• Advising on Wills, Probate, Estate Administration, LPAs and Trusts
• Drafting Wills, LPAs and other legal documentation
• Handling estate administration from instruction through to completion
• Providing clear, practical and sensitive legal advice
• Building strong, long-term client relationships
• Liaising with beneficiaries, financial institutions and third parties
• Maintaining accurate case management and ensuring regulatory compliance
• Supporting junior team members where appropriate
• Contributing to business development and the continued growth of the department

About You:

• Qualified Solicitor and experienced in Private Client law
• Strong experience across Wills, Probate and Estate Administration
• Trusts experience would be advantageous
• Excellent drafting, communication and organisational skills
• Able to manage a busy caseload with minimal supervision
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Compassionate, approachable and confident when dealing with sensitive matters
• Strong commitment to client care and professional standards
• Collaborative team player with a positive and commercial approach
