Service Care Legal are working in partnership with a highly regarded regional law firm in Chelmsford, Essex, known for its strong commercial client base, collaborative culture and excellent reputation.
The Role
You will handle a varied commercial property caseload, including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and acquisitions
- Drafting and negotiating commercial leases, licences and related agreements
- Property development, including site acquisitions and disposals
- Landlord and tenant matters
- Advising SMEs, investors and developers
- Supporting on high-value and complex transactions
About You
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with NQ to 8+ years’ PQE
- Strong commercial property experience, ideally gained within private practice
- Excellent drafting, negotiation and client management skills
- Commercially minded and client-focused
