The Role

You will be responsible for managing a varied Private Client caseload, including:

• Wills and estate planning
• Probate and estate administration
• Trusts and trust administration
• Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Court of Protection matters
• Inheritance Tax planning and related matters
• Advising clients on a range of private client issues
• Managing matters from initial instruction through to completion
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Working collaboratively with colleagues across the wider firm

About You

The ideal candidate will:

• Have experience working within a Private Client department
• Be a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer or experienced Fee Earner
• Have strong technical knowledge across core Private Client matters
• Be confident managing their own caseload with minimal supervision
• Demonstrate excellent client care and communication skills
• Have strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Be commercially aware and committed to delivering a high-quality service
• Be ambitious and keen to develop their career within Private Client
