We are looking for an experienced and polished Night Receptionist to join the team at a prestigious residential development in the heart of Central London, moments from Covent Garden
This is a front-of-house night role where you will be the sole guardian of the building and the key point of contact for residents during overnight hours. You will deliver a seamless, highly personalised concierge service that reflects the exceptional standards expected by HNWI residents in a luxury setting.
Responsibilities include:
- Meeting and greeting residents and authorised visitors, managing access and maintaining accurate visitor logs
- Receiving and processing resident deliveries with appropriate notifications
- Key management and maintaining accurate records
- Responding to resident enquiries and requests via in-person interaction and resident app
- Managing amenity space bookings and supporting move-in/move-out processes
- Providing local recommendations, restaurant reservations, and transport assistance
- Conducting thorough handovers to ensure seamless service continuity
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience in luxury residential (night shifts) OR overnight experience in a 4* or 5* hotel environment — this is essential
- An immaculate, professional presentation and excellent communication skills
- A proactive, service-led mindset with genuine care for resident experience
- Strong organisational ability and attention to detail
- Confidence managing security responsibilities and working independently overnight
- A calm, solutions-focused approach to problem-solving
