Restaurant Manager
Central London | £45,000 + package
We are working with a well-established European restaurant group to appoint a Restaurant Manager for one of their Central London restaurants.
This is a strong opportunity for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join a recognised group with a strong reputation for food, service and people development.
The Role
Working closely with the General Manager, you will play a key role in the day to day running of the restaurant.
You will be responsible for:
• Leading and developing the FOH team
• Supporting the GM with the overall operation
• Delivering consistently high standards of service
• Managing busy, high volume services
• Supporting training and team development
• Monitoring key commercial and operational targets
• Maintaining strong guest relationships
• Ensuring compliance and operational standards are maintained
• Taking responsibility for the restaurant in the GM’s absence
About You
We’re looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager, strong Assistant Manager or AGM from a quality restaurant environment.
You should be:
• A confident and hands on leader
• Commercially aware and operationally strong
• Experienced managing busy restaurant services
• Passionate about hospitality and guest experience
• Comfortable leading and developing a sizeable team
• Strong on training, standards and compliance
• A genuine people person who leads from the floor
• Looking for a long term opportunity with a recognised restaurant group

£45,000 per annum
