About therole
As ourL&D Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in fostering a cultureof continuous improvement and skill development at our Leominstersite. This position will design, implement, and manage programmesto enhance employee capabilities, support operational excellence,and align workforce development with organisationalgoals.
The L&D Manager will collaborate withleadership, HR, and departmental teams to identify training needs,drive engagement, and promote best practices in learning anddevelopment.
You’ll lead,develop & deliver the Leominster Education and Training(E&T) Pillar and Master Plan focusing on increasing capabilityand creating a coaching culture to reduce losses and achieve siteambitions. You’ll also be a key part of the Regional E&T Pillarensuring alignment to, and driving of, regional standards,attending meetings at other KP sites so own transport is arequirement for this role.
