We are partnering with a growing contemporary fashion brand, who are seeking an experienced HR Manager on a 3 month FTC to support the full employee lifecycle across both Retail and Head Office.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
• Manage day-to-day HR operations across the UK.

n

• Partner with senior leaders and managers on people matters.

n

• Manage employee relations including disciplinaries, grievances, performance and absence.

n

• Support talent management, recruitment, succession planning and L&D.

n

• Drive employee engagement, culture and retention initiatives.

n

• Ensure HR policies, processes and employment law compliance.

n

• Provide HR support across both Retail and Head Office populations.

n

• Use people data and insights to support business decisions.

n

About You

n

n
• Strong generalist HR experience, ideally at HR Manager level.

n

• Experience supporting both Retail and Head Office teams.

n

• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and employee relations.

n

• Confident stakeholder manager with excellent communication and coaching skills.

n

• Commercially aware, approachable and people-focused.

n

• Fashion, retail, lifestyle or consumer brand experience preferred.

n

• Multi-site retail experience desirable.

n
