Senior Repairs & Property Services Director

Thirteen is seeking a Repairs Director to lead a frontline service that matters every day to customers: responsive repairs, empty homes, compliance-related activity, damp and mould, depots, stores and supply chain services.

This major Director role runs at scale, with around 700 colleagues, a budget of about £60m, and a seat on Thirteen’s senior leadership team, delivering safer, more reliable and customer‑facing services across the North.
