Strategic Head of Business Operations (Hybrid)

Astroscale UK is seeking a Head of Business Operations to build a strategic, business-enabling function that translates priorities into practical operating rhythms and plans. The role reports to the Deputy Managing Director and will shape governance, process improvements, and cross-functional delivery across a rapidly growing organisation.

The position oversees ERP/operational systems and collaborates with IT, Finance, HR and Legal to remove friction and scale operations.
