In-House Counsel – Corporate & Commercial (London)

Intermediate Capital Group (ICG) is seeking an energetic junior legal counsel to join its Group Legal team in London. You will work closely with the growing in-house legal group on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, building internal networks and handling diverse transactions.

The role offers flexibility with London office base and hybrid working arrangements. Ideal candidates will have 1–4 years PQE, strong drafting skills and the ability to collaborate across business areas
