Aurora Utilities, an independent electricity network operator backed by I Squared Capital, is seeking a Legal Counsel to join its in-house team in the London Area. The role covers commercial, regulatory, and governance matters within the UK energy infrastructure sector.

You will draft and negotiate contracts, support corporate transactions, advise on regulatory compliance and privacy, and collaborate with finance, technical and operations teams in a fast-moving, hybrid-working environment.
