Senior Site Manager – Cardiff (Freelance, £200m+)

O’Neill & Brennan is appointing experienced Site Managers for a major £200m+ new-build scheme in Cardiff. The freelance role is minimum 12 months with strong potential to extend, working with a Tier 1 main contractor.

Strong experience in internal fit-out or steel-frame packages is essential, along with CSCS and SMSTS qualifications. Candidates must have a background delivering major projects, be able to commute to Cardiff reliably, and demonstrate effective package management and subcontractor
