Nursery Room Leader: Lead an Inspiring Early Years Team

The Old Station Nursery Group are inviting applications for a Nursery Room Leader at St Neots. You will lead and support a team to deliver high-quality early years education in a warm, safe setting.

You will work closely with the Nursery Manager to ensure smooth operations, model best practice, and build strong relationships with families while safeguarding and promoting welfare of children in our care. The role requires Level 3 Early Years or QTS and a commitment to professional development.
