Hygiene Dept Manager – Lead 24/7 Team & Food Safety

Morrisons is seeking a Department Manager – Hygiene to lead a team of Hygiene Operatives and maintain high hygiene standards across the site, ensuring a safe, hygienic environment for colleagues and customers alike.

Reporting into the Hygiene Manager, you will coach and develop staff, oversee hygienic practices, pest control and housekeeping improvements, and manage cleaning schedules and departmental labour costs while upholding BRC and Morrisons food safety standards.
