NOC Operations Team Lead – 24/7 Incident & Performance

Neos Networks is seeking a Network Operations Team Leader to provide day-to-day leadership of our Network Operations Centre within a 24×7 environment. You will lead 4 shift teams, manage escalations, support major incidents and drive continuous improvement across processes.

You will develop people, drive performance, and deliver excellent customer outcomes while shaping the future of the NOC. The role offers hybrid working with a base Havant Office and a comprehensive benefits package.
