Network Operations NOC Lead – 24/7, People & Performance

Neos Networks is seeking an experienced Network Operations Team Leader to provide day to day leadership of our Network Operations Centre within a 24×7 operational environment. Based at the Havant office, this permanent role offers flexible arrangements including office, home and hybrid working.

You’ll lead 4 teams of NOC engineers, manage escalations and major incidents, and drive continuous improvement to deliver exceptional customer outcomes while developing people and processes.
