Course Operations & Student Support Officer

City St George’s, University of London is seeking two Course Officers to join our team. The appointed officers will handle day-to-day operations and administration of programmes, respond to student queries, draft communications, maintain records, and support assessments, timetabling and events including induction.

The role requires A-Level or equivalent, strong IT skills (MS Office, Moodle, SITS) and excellent verbal and written communication, planning and organisational abilities.
