Lead Quantity Surveyor – Major Industrial Project (Hull)

Millbank Holdings Ltd is seeking an experienced Managing Quantity Surveyor to join a major industrial project in Hull. You will take leadership of the commercial function, overseeing measurement, valuation, cost forecasting and recovery of project costs to support successful delivery.

You will work closely with project leadership, commercial and delivery teams, providing guidance on NEC3/NEC4 contracts and managing subcontractor accounts, change management and final accounts.
