Strategic IFM Bid Manager

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Bid / Proposal Manager to lead end-to-end IFM proposal development within the GOS team. You will coordinate with central bids, operations, and subject-matter experts to craft tailored responses and polished presentations, driving win strategies and client value articulation.

The role targets candidates with 3–5 years in bid management in IFM/real estate, strong English communication, and a proactive, confidential approach.
