Senior Health & Safety Lead – Food & FMCG Manufacturing

CV Technical is seeking an experienced Health & Safety Manager for a busy manufacturing site in Northfleet. You will lead the Health & Safety strategy, drive a strong culture, ensure legal compliance and collaborate with senior leadership, production, engineering and external partners.

The role requires NEBOSH and strong knowledge of PUWER, ISO 45001, and SHE/HSEQ practices. You will manage audits, training and KPI reporting, aiming for an audit-ready site and ongoing safety improvements.
