Education Estates Leader: Safe, Efficient School Environments

The Hive seeks a proactive Estates Manager to lead strategic management of our Trust’s buildings, facilities and safety compliance. You will support the CFOO and work with school teams to maintain estates to a high standard aligned with our educational mission.

You will oversee compliance, line-manage site officers, support capital projects, manage contracts, and drive health and safety excellence across multiple schools, ensuring safe, welcoming learning environments.
