Job Description:
South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust (SLaM) runs the Acute Referral Centre (ARC), a 24/7 hub for crisis referrals and bed bookings. Advanced Practitioners triage, perform rapid assessments, and coordinate admissions with wards, community teams and police to ensure safe outcomes.
The role requires strong clinical decision-making, leadership and de-escalation skills to support the urgent care pathway and maintain 24/7 coverage across long day and night shifts.
