Design Manager – Construction (Plymouth) with Car & Benefits

Energy Jobline CVL is seeking a Design Manager for a Plymouth-based main contractor. The role is office-based and will manage design across £5m–£15m projects.

You will work with a Senior Design Manager, Contracts Manager and Project Managers, overseeing design from pre-construction to completion, coordinating with clients, consultants and subcontractors, and ensuring buildability and regulatory compliance.
